1. Booking & Cancellation Policy
- All bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the service date.
- Bookings can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the scheduled tour start without any cancellation charges.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour will incur a charge of 30% of the total amount as a reserved service fee.
- 10% of the reserved booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The remaining refundable amount will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
2. Pricing and Extra Charges
- All standard services are covered under the quoted package amount.
- Visits to additional or extra places not included in the original itinerary may incur additional charges, which will be informed beforehand.
3. Code of Conduct
- Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited in vehicles and during temple visits or rituals.
- Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards our staff, guides, and local communities.
- Any kind of misbehavior can lead to immediate termination of the tour without a refund.
4. Liability Disclaimer
Holykashi.com is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or losses caused by natural calamities, traffic, or events beyond our control. We aim to ensure a smooth and safe experience, but some factors may be outside our scope of influence.
