2. Booking & Payment Process

• Bookings are initiated through WhatsApp or phone requests. Our team confirms your trip details personally via call or message.
• Upon confirmation, you are required to pay 30% of the total booking amount in advance via UPI or bank transfer.
• Out of this, 20% is refundable in case of cancellation, and 10% is non-refundable as a service charge.
• Remaining 70% payment is collected after the tour is successfully completed.
• We do not currently use any third-party online payment gateways.

3. Data Protection

All personal information and communications are kept confidential and are used only for booking and service purposes. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
